Job Summary

LEDdynamics is seeking Manufacturing Assemblers to join our team. We’re looking for dedicated team-oriented individuals. Successful candidates will have prior experience in light electronic manufacturing and PCB assembly. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, etc. We are hiring for both first (6:00am- 2:30pm) and second shift (2:15pm- 10:45pm). Compensation is based on experience. Manufacturing Assembler

Responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly of components for various high-quality product lines. Participate in assisting the Company reach their sales goals by conserving resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.

Responsibilities and Duties

Light electronic and PCB assembly.
Hand soldering.
Electrical testing with bench testers.
Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.
Report on issues, malfunctions or defective parts.
Job includes occasional overtime.

Qualifications and Skills

Hand soldering experience preferred.
2+ years’ experience in light electronic assembly.
Good technical ability, excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to understand quality control principles.
Basic math and communication skills (verbal and written) required.
Excellent attendance, punctuality, accuracy, and personal integrity is required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
