Do I need an electrician to install EverLED-TRs in my existing fluorescent fixtures?

No, the EverLED-TR replacement tubes work with the ballast in your existing fixture, so all you have to do is change the bulb to turn your fluorescent fixtures into energy efficient solid state lighting.
